Are APCD data to be encrypted?

Solution

All Arkansas APCD data files must be encrypted before submission. The APCD team will provide encryption protocols to each submitting entity for file level encryption. See the Encryption Requirements section within the Arkansas APCD Data Submission Guide for more information.
