Exception Submission

Problem

I submitted new exceptions and my old exceptions are no longer valid. Why?

Solution

Revised exception requests overwrite previous requests. If only the new changes were submitted, the previously submitted exceptions would be deleted. It is important to resubmit all exceptions each time.
