Fields with Dependency

Required fields with dependency are expected to contain data ONLY if the dependency is met. Else, the fields should contain NULL. 

The threshold requirement only applies to the records meeting the dependency. 

For example, MC018 - Date of the inpatient admission has a threshold dependency of 100% if MC036 - Type of bill begins with 11, 12 (11 and 12 means Inpatient Hospital type of bill) and MC094 - Type of claim = 002 (002 means Facility claim). Then, MC018 should be populated. Else, there should NOT be data in MC018.
