Detached Signature File Opt Out

Problem

Our encryption is IPSwitch Professional which does not create a detached signature file.  Can we opt out of sending a detached signature file?

Solution

No.  The Arkansas APCD data intake automation process requires a detached signature file.  The DSG includes a section with recommended no cost encryption options.  See Exhibit B – Encryption Protocols of the Data Submission Guide.
