Problem

If a submitting entity cannot meet the required submission   deadline, should the entity submit an exception or an exemption form?  

Solution

If a submitting entity is unable to meet a submission deadline, the entity must submit an exemption form. The exemption form was delivered via a bulletin distributed by the Arkansas Insurance Department. It is also located on the Arkansas APCD homepage, arkansasapcd.net. Note that exception forms are to be used for data elements and/or data file types unavailable by the submitting entity for submission to the APCD.
