Description | APCD Unique ID (ME998), sometimes called the APCD Hash ID, can be used the align individuals across carriers when concatenated with Member Gender (ME013). The combination of ME998 and ME013 is called the Study ID. Update: If full date of birth is available as part of the data requested (this field has to be justified when requesting data) add the date of birth value to the end of the Study ID (ME998+ME013+ME014). If year of birth is the only value available, it can be useful but not as precise.
