HTI Supplemental Data Assets - HTI Mother/Infant Crosswalk

The Arkansas HTI Mother/Infant Crosswalk is a supplementary, reusable dataset that enables data users to link mother and infant data within the Arkansas Healthcare Transparency Initiative (HTI) claims based and non-claims based data.

This dataset is available for an additional price with any Arkansas APCD/HTI data purchase.

HTI Diabetes Analytic Data Mart

HTI Supplemental Data Assets - HTI Diabetes Analytic Data Mart

The HTI Diabetes Analytic Data Mart is a reusable, analyzable data mart containing multiple years of enrollment, medical, pharmacy, and dental service information for individuals diagnosed with types 1 and 2 diabetes (with and without complications).

This data mart can be purchased as a stand-alone data repository or with Arkansas APCD/HTI data.

Data Element Frequency Counts

Data Element Frequency Counts

These reports provide row counts by data element value for all submitting entities combined. To help the data requester understand data coverage for selections.  Note, some data elements such as USPS ZIP code contain too many values to report here.  These can be obtained through a special request.

Claim Counts

 

These reports reports provide counts representing unique medical, pharmacy, or dental claims submitted by month from each submitting entity.  This information may be used to understand claim submission patterns by month and year.

What is included in the HTI Arkansas APCD?

  • The Arkansas APCD contains health insurance claims from fully insured plans, Arkansas Medicaid, Arkansas Medicare, and Arkansas Employee Benefits Division for state and public school employees

  • It does not contain health insurance claims for private, self-insured plans, small plans with fewer than 2,000 members, and the uninsured (leaving a gap in population numbers)

  • Enrollment distributions are illustrated in this pdf.

This methodology helps the data requester identify the most recent version of an enrollment data.  This is applicable only if data requester receives all member records.  Best practice provides only the most recent record.
