Description	Active and inactive data segments are identified using the Benefit Status field (ME063). This is especially important when using ME001 = '99MCD1'. For example, when the submitting entity ID (ME001) = 99MCD1 and Benefit Status field (ME063) = A, the member segment is active.
Action / Resolution	RESOLVED. Active records are selected for data requesters.
