Action / Resolution | This issue is applicable to all data requests. The Arkansas APCD team is working with these entities to resolve these issues. The recommended workaround is use them in conjunction with the calculated coverage indicator flags ME018A, ME019A and ME020A (see https://achiapcd.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ADRS/pages/1625587833 for more details). If users do not have access for these additional fields, join the member data to the medical, pharmacy, and/or dental claims data on carrier specific unique member ID to determine the presence of those claim types.
