Description | An issue has been found with the APCD Unique ID for the submitting entity, 99EBD1. A data intake error allowed corrupted data that makes up the APCD Unique ID to be admitted into the database. Each record with this issue received the same value in the APCD Unique ID field, ME998. If your data request includes member records from 99EBD1, run a frequency on ME998. One of the resulting values will have over 20K rows. That is the problematic APCD Unique ID. All other data on these records is correct. You can use the member number for grouping claims to member records. |
