An issue exists with versioning rules utilized for this submitter therefore no versioning has been applied.

To identify the most recent update, group the Claim Number (DC004) and Claim Line (DC005) together and sort by Paid Date (DC017). The DC004-DC005 combination with the highest DC017 is the final version (NOTE: If there is a tie, consider omitting them). If that final version has Paid Amount (DC038) = $0, assume that it is a Back-out and all versions of that Claim-Claim Line combination should be disregarded.

Resolved.

Versioning rules have been developed and applied to select final record selection. Data users no longer have to use the workaround above.
