The Arkansas APCD includes death certificate data from the Arkansas Department of Health Vital Statistics registries on all vital events- birth, death, marriage, divorce, fetal deaths, and induced termination of pregnancies. NOTE: Fetal deaths are captured on a separate registry at the Arkansas Department of Health not available to the Arkansas Healthcare Transparency Initiative.

ADH Death Certificate data contain records for Arkansas deaths in years 2013 forward.

Each record represents an Arkansas decedent and can be linked to the Arkansas APCD health insurance claims data and other non-claims based data using the APCD Unique ID.
