Member information is used to populate Subscriber information.
Action / Resolution
The data submitted for the Arkansas Employee Benefits Division (EBD) does not contain individual fields for subscriber specific date of birth, ZIP Code, County information, etc. It is populated with Member information so it appears to be duplicated. The subscriber in the EBD system can be identified when the Member Suffix/Person code (ME010) = 1 and ME001 = '99EBD1'.
