Member information is used to populate Subscriber information. Logic has been added to identify the subscriber within the EBD enrollment data and populate the subscriber fields on member, medical claim, and pharmacy claim data. This data will be available on the 21D Arkansas APCD data released in Spring 2022. All EBD data acquired before the 21D update does not have the updated subscriber information.
