The data submitted for the Arkansas Employee Benefits Division (EBD) does not contain individual fields for subscriber specific date of birth, ZIP Code, County information, etc.  It is populated with Member information so it appears to be duplicated.  The subscriber in the EBD system can be identified when the Member Suffix/Person code (ME010) = 1 and ME001 = '99EBD1'.

Description

Member information is used to populate Subscriber information.

Action / Resolution

Logic has been added to identify the subscriber within the EBD enrollment data and populate the subscriber fields on member, medical claim, and pharmacy claim data. This data will be available on the 21D Arkansas APCD data released in Spring 2022. All EBD data acquired before the 21D update does not have the updated subscriber information.
