The Lookup Data contains submitting entity specific provider specialty codes.  Match the Submitter field (LU005) and Lookup Value field (LU001) to the Submitter field (MC001) and either Provider Specilaty fields (MC032 or MC212) on the medical claim record to associate the specialty code with the provider.  Most submitting entity specific specialty codes are CMS or Taxonomy codes.  Some submitting entites provide custom specialty codes.

NOTE:  Lookup tables are provided only if data requester is receiving the Submitter field.
