Description | Open Paid Dates (MC017) and Service Dates (MC059) for older Medi-Pack plans through Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. These plan data are no longer submitted to the Arkansas APCD. Just over 16,000 claims for older Medi-Pak plans from 2016 to 2019 have the value 9999-12-31 in either the paid date (MC017) or service date (MC059) fields. The vendor used placeholder date values when not date was present in their system. These claims should be used with caution.
