Description | ME019 is the flag indicating that the plan represented on the enrollment record includes pharmacy coverage. These are flagged incorrectly on some enrollment records for 95442. When ME001 = 95442 and ME003 = DNT, ME019 should be 2, not 1. This will be resolved in future submissions. |
