Plans categorized as administrative services are also referred to as self-funded plans or self-insurance arrangements whereby an employer provides health or disability benefits to employees with its own funds.

These plans are not mandated as part of the Arkansas APCD though they are not disallowed. They can be identified when ME030 = SLF.
