Description | Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield (83470) has miscoded the value in MC003 for Arkansas Works plans. They mistakenly entered AW when it should have been MCD. AW is to be used for Arkansas Workers Compensation enrollees. NOTE: There are no Arkansas Workers Compensation records. This will be resolved in Fall 2021. Workaround: AR Works will have MC032 populated with ‘ABCBS SILVER AW1’, ‘ABCBS SILVER AW1A’, ‘ABCBS SILVER AWM1’ or ‘ABCBS SILVER AWM1A’. If ME003 = AW and MC032 does NOT contain these values, the MC003 value should be considered PR. |
