Description | Prior to the Arkansas APCD update 20D February 2021), some HealthSmart (99HSM1) member IDs were considered as collisions because they had multiple Study IDs (created by concatenating APCD Unique ID (ME998) and member gender (ME013, previously called the Hash ID)). A correction has been applied and the number of collisions has been reduced by almost 70%. Note, some collisions will always exist because of name changes. |
