Description | Pharmacy claims for all Humana entities have data quality issues with PC043 - Prescribing Provider ID and PC050 - Prescribing Provider License #. Values in these fields should be considered inaccurate and should not be used. All other data in the claims records are correct. This issue causes claim lines to be duplicated with the exception of these 2 fields, disrupting versioning. Workaround: dedupe pharmacy claim lines excluding these 2 fields. |
