Description | Some member and medical claims don’t match because of inconsistent leading zeros in the Person Code (ME010 or MC009) that Cigna uses to create the member ID. For example, the Person Code is 3, MC137 = ‘866101693’ and ME107 = ‘8661016903’. The workaround is to join using the following: (LEFT(mc141, LEN(MC141)-2) = LEFT(ME117, LEN(ME117)-2)) and MC009 = ME010 and MC001 = ME001. |
