Service provider information has been added to the medical claims data based on the EBD provider ID.  Only claims where provider ID (MC024) is also present on the EBD provider data in the APCD Provider table were updated. 

Updated fields (these fields were previously empty):

• Service Provider First Name (MC028)

• Service Provider Middle Name (MC029)

• Service Provider Organization Name/Last Name (MC030)

• Service Provider Street Address (MC108)

• Service Provider City (MC033)

• Service Provider State (MC034)

• Service Provider ZIP Code (MC035)

• Service Provider Organization Name/Last Name (MC030) - when last name was not present.

• Service Provider Suffix (MC031)

• Service Provider Specialty (MC032)
