Prior to publication any report or paper produced will be reviewed by the HTI Board and also by the Arkansas insurance commissioner.
HTI board will review any output and make recommendations to the Arkansas insurance commissioner regarding approval or suggested edits
AID commissioner will approval or edit requirement.
At the end of the project term, a Certification of Project Completion & Destruction or Retention of Data form must be completed.
If the project term must be extended and the same data is required through the extension period, a Certification of Project Completion & Destruction or Retention of Data form must be completed.
