This issue will not be resolved and still exists within data pulled from past versions of the APCD. Updated resolution below. This issue will remain active until previously fulfilled data files are no longer being used. Included in the Sept 2022 data tip email.

Description

67369D data contains a small number of member records that are invalid where the first enrollment date (ME162A) is greater than the disenrollment date (ME163A).  Only 1967 out of over 110K records has this issue.

The issue does not affect 67369D's Dental claims.
