EBD data (99EBD1) includes member records for EBD members that have no health insurance plans. These members can be identified when ME164A = PSENOHLTH or ASENOHLTH. Note, EBD members can sometimes have coverage and at other times not have coverage. These records should be considered when determining active enrollment. |
