A system change and acquisition resulted in a data submission gap in which records were not received when an enrollment segment closed. The submitter, Delta Dental (47155) redesigned its data extraction process to address this issue. It is expected that all data will be replaced. UPDATE: Delta Dental resubmitted years 2015 forward with corrected disenrollment dates (ME163A). NOTE: Disenrollment dates for years 2013 and 2014 are still problematic and will be connected in the next build. Workaround: Pull the available claims for members and assess the latest paid date to understand when the members were last active. Determine if the time since the last paid date represents what could be an inactive member.
This workaround does not always work. Work with the Arkansas APCD team as needed.
